LISBON — Two women charged with drug-related offenses following a traffic stop in Salem on Thursday appeared on Friday in Columbiana County Municipal Court.
A Sept. 8 pretrial was set for Michelle V. Bennett, 23, Sunset Drive, Lisbon, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument for allegedly having three syringes, wax paper, a straw with heroin residue, a marijuana pipe with burnt residue, rolling papers and a small pack of precut metal screens in her purse on Thursday.
A Sept. 18 pretrial was set for Audrey L. Wylie, 30, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument for allegedly having syringes, tear offs for heroin, cotton and rolling papers in her purse on Thursday.
Dale E. Roberts, 53, Murray Avenue, Minerva, was fined $150 for speeding.
Todd M. Wells, 39, Wintersville, was fined $140 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Alexis Velazquez, 36, Cleveland, was fined $130 for no driver’s license and speeding.
Tiffani N. Guppone, 19, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $100 for no license.
Joshua Garrod, 29, West State Street, Salem, was fined $25 for a barking dog.
A Sept. 4 pretrial was set for Mar-Twan Alexander D. Treharn, 22, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension.
A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for Lisa L. Odey, 55, Columbia Street, Salem, cited with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly refusing to calm down and scaring children using the Lisbon pool during a private pool party on Thursday. She then reportedly pulled away from police.
A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for Brian W. Ferguson, 28, Beech Street, Wellsville, cited with use of an unauthorized plate and a seat belt violation.
A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Julie M. Poling, 49, Vanburen Avenue, Salem, cited with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling at her brother-in-law and trying to spin away from police taking her into custody on Thursday.
A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Amanda N. Corrigan, 30, Wheeling, W.Va., cited with OVI first offense, assured clear distance and a seat belt violation.
A Sept. 29 pretrial was set for Mark J. Klein, 28, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.
