Pa. man charged with drug thefts

LISBON – An Enon Valley, Pa., man accused of stealing drugs in the spring was served a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury.

Thomas F. Pflueger, 58, Church Street, Enon Valley, Pa., is charged with possession of drugs and five counts of theft. He is accused of having hydrocodone tablets on April 24 after taking 48 hydrocodone tablets from the Rite Aid Pharmacy in East Palestine. He also is accused of having oxycodone belonging to Kimberly Ford on April 17.

Finally, he allegedly took more hydrocodone belonging to the Rite Aid Pharmacy in East Palestine on April 19 and April 23, as well as both oxycodone and hydrocodone from the East Palestine Rite Aid between December 2013 through April 15, 2014.
