Treatment granted for theft conviction

LISBON – Jossalyn J. Shaw, 27, Bently Avenue, Newell, W.Va., was granted intervention in lieu of conviction for a theft conviction in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. She was placed on a five-year treatment plant. Shaw stole $4,211 from the Shale Tavern and Grille, while she was employed as a server between July 1, 2012 and Feb. 8, 2013. Shaw reportedly voided certain food items during the period and took money for the voided items keeping it for herself.

Brice A. Clark, 21, 18th Street, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for cocaine he had on Feb. 27, 2006. He faces up 12 months in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 17.

Sidni R. Livolsi, 25, Danburg Avenue, Wellsville, was sentenced to three years probation with the first six months to be served at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center. Livolsi had pleaded guilty to possession of drugs.
