Wellsville man pleads guilty to aggravated robbery at convenience store March 16

LISBON – Bryant M. Allen, 23, Independence Square, Wellsville, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to aggravated robbery. Allen went into For Your Convenience gas station on 17th Street and struck Laddie Wallick by striking him multiple times in the head with his hands and a tire iron on March 16 in an attempt to rob the store.

Allen faces up to 11 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 16.

Rowdy J. Fickes, 49, Riley Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to domestic violence for punching his girlfriend and co-habitant Kimberly Davis in the face during an argument on March 5. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 17.

Steven W. Waters II, 36, Depot Street, Rogers, plead guilty to possession of drugs for a metal crack pipe sticking out of his pocket during a traffic stop on Sept. 14, 2012. He faces up to 12 months in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 17.

Charles R. Rowley, 36, Ninth Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 17.
