Columbiana woman charged with theft, misuse of credit cards
LISBON – Theresa M. Sauerwein, 43, last known address South Main Street, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment for theft and misuse of credit cards for allegedly having cash belonging to her father, Willis Barnhart, 78, on March 16-19. Additionally, Sauerwein is accused of using his credit card during the same time period. The indictment was issued by the county grand jury in August.
Alton C.D. Goshen Jr., 23, Lorain, was served an indictment for a possession of drugs charge with a forfeiture specification. Goshen is accused of having more than 100 grams of cocaine on Nov. 1 along with $725 intended for use in the commission of a drug-related offense. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in June.
Craig A. Apinis, 35, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was served an indictment for possession of drugs for allegedly having less than five grams of cocaine on Feb. 5. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in August.
