Chicago woman charged with hauling marijuana through area hidden in SUV

LISBON — A Chicago woman accused of transporting a large amount of marijuana through the area was among 11 open indictments and nine secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury this week.

Terri L. Bailey, 27, has been charged with trafficking in drugs and prohibitions against hidden compartments in a vehicle along with two forfeiture specifications. On June 2, Bailey was stopped by the highway patrol on state Route 11 and allegedly found with at least a 1,000 grams, but less than 5,000 grams in marijuana prepared for shipment or delivery hidden in compartments in her vehicle, a Buick Enclave CXL. Additionally, there was $135,037 inside the vehicle, believed to have been gained or for use in the sale of marijuana.

Raymond G. Crow, Sr., 58, county jail, Lisbon, is charged with gross sexual imposition for allegedly using threat or force to compel an adult victim to submit to sexual contact on Aug. 7.

Shana M. Perrenoud, 31, state Route 170, Rogers, is charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having a stolen Snap On scale tool belonging to Travis Swinehart on May 26.

Megan A. McDonald, 28, New Cumberland, W.Va., is charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having a stolen 14k white gold diamond ring belonging to Heather Mayhew on March 29.

Henry L. Robinson, 24, Vine Avenue, Salem, is charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having a stolen 2006 Dodge Durango owned by Joseph Bleade on Sept. 9.

Wilbert E. Faulk, 57, Newell, W.Va., is charged with two counts of breaking and entering and one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Faulk allegedly broke into buildings belonging to Larry Meyers on Sept. 12, along with having a silver metallic pipe with Chore Boy and residue in his possession.

Zachary A. Petty, 19, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with breaking and entering for trespassing into an unoccupied structure, a Dollar General store on Walnut Street, East Liverpool, for the purpose of committing a theft on Sept. 8.

Ryan N. Nyardy, 36, Pearl Street, Columbiana, is charged with trafficking in drugs and three counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. Nyardy allegedly had less than five grams of cocaine, less than a gram of heroin and less than the bulk amount of fentanyl on July 28, when he offered or was prepared to sell the cocaine.

Garett L. Bowling II, 23, Wells Hollow Road, Wellsville, is charged with breaking and entering, forgery, receiving stolen property and two counts of theft. He is accused of trespassing in the United Methodist Church on Main Street in Wellsville on Sept. 1, taking a two checks belonging to the church, then forged one of the checks on Sept 3. Also, he allegedly had a Peavey Bass Amp Driver and wireless microphones belonging to the church.

David L. Todd, 44, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, is charged with possession of a deadly weapon while under detention for allegedly having a modified shank with him at the county jail on Sept. 21.

Richard L. Allison, 24, Morton Street, East Liverpool, is charged with domestic violence for allegedly harming Amber Thomas on Oct. 1.
