MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Michael T. Rochford, 30, South Avenue, Columbiana, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of possession of a drug abuse instrument and tampering with evidence for allegedly throwing a heroin needle out the window of a vehicle he was riding in on Oct. 12.

Robert A. Fuson Jr., 39, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $300, credited with a day served in jail and sentenced to an additional 14 days in jail for two counts of assault for striking Candace L. Fraser and pushing her to the ground while she was holding a young child in her arms on Oct. 12.

James M. Bowersock, 29, Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $530, sentenced to 90 days in jail, required 60 hours community service and had his license suspended for a year for driving under OVI suspension and failure to control.

David L. Bradley III, 27, state Route 154, Rogers,was fined $150, credited with five days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 55 days in jail and required 30 hours community service for receiving stolen property. Bradley picked up his friend, Stephen Westover, and put property Westover had reportedly stolen into the trunk on April 28.

Edward Berresford, 27, Woodale Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $400 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and unauthorized plate.

Austin R. Lemasters, 19, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $400 for two counts of driving under suspension.

Justin K. Everett, 38, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $280 and required 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and a seat belt violation.

A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Jayson L. Greathouse, 31, Malvern, charged with endangering children, possession of marijuana, OVI first offense and failure to control.
