LISBON — A Union Avenue couple in Salem were both arraigned in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday on meth-related charges, following police coming to their home to serve an arrest warrant on the man on Wednesday.

A Nov. 3 preliminary hearing was set for Reagan M. Duck, 19, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with two counts of possession of chemicals for drugs, including a juvenile specification due to children living across the street and directly next door. Police reportedly found items for manufacturing meth, including two one-pot meth bottles and an acid gas generator in the bedroom of Duck and co-defendant Michael Heverly on Wednesday. Duck’s bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety. Police were at the home on Wednesday to serve a previous charge on Heverly.

A Nov. 3 preliminary hearing was also set for Heverly, 31, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with illegal manufacture of drugs after meth one-pots, three acid generators, four empty and two full lighter fluid cans, six lithium batteries, drain cleaner, empty cold compress packs, coffee filters and other items were found in the home on Sept. 28. His bond also is set at $100,000 cash or surety.

Tracy Sarchione, 39, Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, was fined $1,000 and required 60 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Jessica D. Reynolds, 25, Macrum Street, East Liverpool, was fined $925, sentenced to 10 days in jail, had her license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense and speeding.

Ariel L. Durham, 27, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and credited her with 24 days served in jail for obstructing official business for giving deputies a false name at the Guilford Lake Grille on July 4.

Gary D. Hutchison, 48, Silver Grove, Ky., was fined $200, credited with a day served in jail and sentenced to an additional three days for driving under suspension and criminal trespassing. Hutchison was found asleep in his vehicle on private property and told Minerva police he was in Kentucky and pulled over to take a nap.

Lucienda L. Gaul, 45, Youngstown, was fined $200 and had her license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Timothy F. McLaughlin, 19, Cleveland Heights, was fined $330 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Matthew A. Barr, 26, Warren, was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for speeding and driving under suspension amended from a drug offense suspension.

Vincent E. Fischbach, 26, Aebi Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250, required 25 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for driving under suspension.

Tammy S. Brant, 35, South Arch Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Scott A. Bailey Jr., 28, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $250, required 25 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for driving under suspension.

Ronald L. Handy Sr., 66, West Fifth Street, Beloit, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for wrongful entrustment.

Holly R. Hughes, 43, Wheathill Road, East Palestine, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Charles Peck, 23, state Route 7, Columbiana, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate a license.

Erika L. Scott, 35, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

A Nov. 17 sentencing hearing was set for Natalie C. Smith, 34, Niles, who pleaded no contest to driving under suspension.

A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Corey P. Miller, 26, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension.

A domestic violence charge against William Styen Jr., 36, state Route 170, East Palestine, was dismissed due to evidence problems, but without prejudice so it can be refiled when the witness is located. Styen is accused of striking Megan Tomlin about the face, grabbing her neck and choking her on Nov. 18, 2015.
