LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Elizabeth Schneider, 51, Wood Street, Wellsville, was fined $250, credited with two days in jail and sentenced to an additional 178 days for receiving stolen property for allowing her son to load stolen items into her vehicle and then taking him to East Liverpool.
Hannah G. Paynter, 19, Speidel Road, Hanoverton, was fined $400 and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption.
Logan Phillip Stewart, 21, Jefferson Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for drug abuse for a marijuana cigarette.
Jerry P. Jackson, 34, Alice Street, East Palestine, was credited with one day served, fined $100 and required 60 hours community service for disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated after he showed up at a Failer Road, East Palestine, home and laid down on the bench of a picnic table to sleep on Wednesday evening.
Joshua S. Burke, 31, Camp Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for threatening his mother Cheri Burke on May 26.
Robert Lee Holly Jr., 22, Don Street, Minerva, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Ryan B. Gamble, 36, Mill Street, Rogers, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Tyler N. Grubb, 19, Charles Street, East Liverpool, was fined $180, credited with two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for use of an unauthorized plate and speeding.
Robert McCandless, 55, Boardman, was fined $150 for lights required amended from speeding.
Susan Albert-Davis, 72, Manor Drive, Salem, was fined $150 for lights required amended from speeding.
Brenda L. Durm, 46, Rockhill Drive, Alliance, pleaded no contest to theft for shoplifting items in her purse at Dollar General in November 2015. Sentencing was set for Oct. 24.
A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for Keith A. Whorley, 19, Painter Road, Salem, charged with obstructing official business and possession of drugs for allegedly denying he had an contraband on his person during a stop and then being found with a large baggie of alleged marijuana in his underwear when he was patted down in Perry Township on Tuesday.
A Nov. 15 pretrial was set for Patrick B. Palmer, 47, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, cited with open container, OVI first offense and two lights displayed.
A Nov. 15 pretrial was set for Tricia A. Watson, 33, Jones Drive, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Lisa J. Volio, 60, Cherry Valley Drive, Leetonia, charged with aggravated menacing and weapons while intoxicated for going into a South Lincoln Avenue apartment in Salem with a Glenfield Model 70 rifle, brandishing the weapon and threatening the residents inside the home on Wednesday.

A Dec. 20 pretrial was set for Kevin A. Rice, 26, Reddick, Fla., cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
