LISBON — Adam J. Faulkner, 20, state Route 170, East Palestine, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to receiving stolen property. He faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 30. Faulkner had a 1997 Jeep Wrangler belonging to the Elkton Auto Corral on Aug. 23, 2016.
Lucas W. Taucher, 24, Lake Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs. He faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 1. Taucher sold hydrocodone on two dates in 2016, Aug. 22 and Sept. 21.
