HIGHWAY PATROL

— Cody A. Rose, 17, Stookesberry Road, Lisbon, and Matthew B. Mooney, 29, of Newell, W.Va., both struck the same fallen tree and debris while driving on U.S. Route 30 in St. Clair Township at 11:13 p.m. Saturday. Neither were seriously injured.

— Andrea C. Poling, 21, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was cited for failure to control after she lost control and went off the road and into a ditch while driving on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 7:45 p.m. Saturday.

— David A. Dawson, 30, of Niles, was driving on Lisbon Road through Franklin Square at 3:21 p.m. Sunday when his Kia Soul became stuck in the high water and became submerged. Dawson was cited for failing to obey the sign warning of high water.

— Benjamin A. Crouch, 33, Harvard Avenue, East Liverpool, was cited for assured cleared distance and driving with an expired license after he rear-ended a vehicle operated by Kathryn I. Bussard, 28, Maple Lane, East Liverpool. This occurred on the Route 11 exit ramp onto state Route 154 in Lisbon at 7:55 a.m. Thursday.

— Raymond P. Vogelberger, 38, of Youngstown, struck a deer while driving on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 7:45 a.m. Thursday.

— Roger W. Pound, 70, state Route 45, Lisbon, struck a fallen tree while driving on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township at 11:20 p.m. Saturday.

— Matthew A. Lee, 24, of Alliance, was driving through high water on Buck Road in Knox Township at 3:30 a.m. Sunday when his vehicle became partially submerged and disabled. He was cited for failing to obey the sign warning of high water.

— Rebecca A. Shingler, 30, of Georgetown, Pa., struck a deer while driving on U.S. Route 30 in Madison Township at 5:50 p.m. Saturday.

— Denvius Wolfe, 46, West Middleton Road, Salem, struck a custom stone mail box on the property of Denny Chamberlain, Perry Grange Road, Salem Township, while backing out of a driveway in a box truck at 11:50 a.m. Saturday.
