GRAND JURY
LISBON — The December session of the Columbiana County grand jury reported back on Wednesday, issuing 16 secret indictments, seven open indictments and two superceding indictments.
Following are the open indictments, which are cases involving defendants who have already been charged in county or East Liverpool municipal courts before being bound over to the grand jury for possible indictment:
— Deandre “Mouse” Dozier, 27, West Seventh Street, East Liverpool, charged with attempted murder and felonious assault for shooting Christen Wilson in the head after showing up at her East Liverpool apartment on Nov. 19, 2017.
— Glenn E. Earich Jr., 64, Benton Road, Salem, charged with failing to notify the sheriff of an address change last month, which he is required to do because of a gross sexual imposition conviction from December 2016.
— Allante J. Donaldson, 26, of Youngstown, charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
— Candace E. Wellbaum, 38, of Paris, Texas, charged with assault and resisting arrest.
— Joshua D. Smith, 43,of Wintersville, charged with receiving stolen property.
— John M. Poling, 38, Deming Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence.
Following are the two superceding indictments, which are to supercede the original indictments issued in these particular cases:
— Jacob L. Hendricks, 28, of Alliance, charged with burglary and drug possession.
— Tiffany B. Michalak, 36, of Boardman, charged with tampering with evidence and trying to smuggle contraband into the county jail.
