— Madalyn Rose Woolmaker, 20, Dunn Road, East Liverpool, was northbound on St. Clair Avenue in St. Clair Township at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday and made a left turn onto McGuffey Drive and slid on snow and struck a cement curb and then went partially off the right side of the road. She was cited for failure to control.

— Sarina Dannielle Stacy, 26, Foundry Hill Road, Hanoverton, was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 8:48 a.m. Tuesday and slid off the right side into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.

— Kaela Lee Harker, 24, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, and Leanne M. Varner, 47, Desellem Road, Lisbon, were westbound on Applegate Road and Varner struck Harker from behind. Varner was cited for assured clear distance.

— Dennis Harold Grimes, 48, Chester, W.Va., and Rebecca A. Meredith, 29, Orchard Knoll Drive, Lisbon, were southeastbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 4:20 p.m. Friday and Meredith struck Grimes from behind. Grimes was cited for assured clear distance.
