LISBON — Three men were sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to serve jail time for failure to pay child support.

Murdo D. Urquhart, 40, Depot Road, Lisbon, was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail for two cases — one from 2008 and another from 1998 in which he has failed to pay child support.

Frederick A. Kirby, 42, 13th Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail for failure to pay child support from a 2001 case.

Joseph R. Bradford, 39, Main Street, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail for failure to pay child support from a 2004 case. Bradford was also served a secret indictment for a non-support of dependents case, claiming he failed to pay the required amount for two children, ages 12 and 14 between April 1, 2015 and Oct. 1, 2017.
