LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Michelle Hall, 45, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $250, credited with 13 days in jail, required 30 hours community service and ordered to pay $52 in restitution for theft for stolen clothes — three pairs of paints and two shirt — from the Family Dollar in East Palestine on Nov. 24.
A Jan. 11 pretrial was set for William M. Alesi III, 33, Washington Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to stab and kill Heather Ferguson when she was walking down the steps to leave during an argument on Monday.
A Feb. 12 pretrial was set for Jordan M. Wilson, 29, Crestview Road, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
James R. Wilson, 22, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and credited with three days in jail for disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon for being intoxicated and having a four-inch knife in a sheath concealed in his front pants pocket when police spoke to him while looking for someone approaching several parked vehicles in the area of East Adams Street and East Street in East Palestine on Saturday.
Tyler Morrison, 19, East Fourth Street, Salem; Kayla Grubb, 19, New Garden Avenue, Salem; Ashley Baddeley, 32, West Wilson Street, Salem; and Mark D. Knight, 18, New Garden Avenue, Salem; were each fined $100 for disorderly conduct for a fight between the four of them on the corner of South Howard Avenue and West Wilson Street on Dec. 24.
Melissa L. McCulley, 36, East Washington Street, Salineville, was fined $100 and credited with a day in jail for theft for shoplifting $76 in merchandise from the Salem Walmart on Dec. 23.
Joseph J. Guerrero, 34, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Kristen B. Mills, 20, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Charges of obstructing official business, OVI first offense, no license and marked lanes all from 2008 were dismissed against Mitchell A. Adkins, 50, Girard, after it was determined he has been incarcerated in Grafton for the past six years.
Travis Diekmann, 32, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension, a stop sign violation and assured clear distance.
Brittney N. Howiler, 22, Massillon, was fined $100 and credited with two days in jail for disorderly conduct after she became intoxicated at a family member’s home on Foundry Hill Road, Hanoverton, on Sunday.
