SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— Darrick Ogg reported he was doing doughnuts in the snow in the Crestview High School parking lot on Sunday evening when his pickup truck struck a guardrail. He offered to pay for the damages but could not get hold of any school officials. Ogg will call the school when it reopens.

— Deputies were called about a woman having a panic attack at Rose Drive apartments, Lisbon, at 2:41 a.m. Monday. The ambulance crew called back to say no illegal drugs were seen, which is about the same time the deputy arrived. The woman was transported to a local hospital.

— Ray DiCross from Lake Tomahawk security reported a passing motorist informed them there was an abandoned vehicle on the outskirts of Lake Tomahawk on Dyke Road in Middleton Township at 12:54 a.m. Monday. The Ford Escape appeared to have gone off the road into a ditch and some small trees before being backed out onto Dyke Road. The owner was identified at Matthew E. Conkle, 48, South Main Street, Columbiana, and the driver was reportedly Steven M. Faulkner, 33, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana. The investigation is continuing.
