— Christopher T. Rawlings, 50, Hammondsville, was eastbound on state Route 517 in Elkrun Township at 5:40 a.m. Thursday and hit a deer.
— Ty J. Roseburg, 31, Foundry Hill Road, Hanoverton, was westbound on Gavers Road in Hanover Township at 3:08 p.m. Friday and was struck by Gerald Preston Gum, 20, Alice Street, East Palestine, who failed to yield from a private drive. Gum was cited for right of way.
