W. Va. man charged with drug possession
LISBON — James W. Hawkey III, 34, New Manchester, W.Va., was served a secret indictment for two counts of possession of drugs. On Aug. 9, 2017, Hawkey allegedly had fentanyl and carfentanyl, both less than the bulk amount. The indictment was issued by the county grand jury in February.
