3 charged with possession
LISBON — Three people charged in unrelated drug possession cases were served secret indictments.
Melissa A. Rapp, 37, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, is charged with possession of heroin for drugs she allegedly had on Aug. 5.
Daniel T. King, 25, Chester, W.Va., is charged with possession of cocaine for allegedly having less than five grams of the drug on May 13, 2017.
Clarence L. Blake, 28, Cleveland, is also charged with possession of cocaine for allegedly having less than five grams of it on June 10, 2017.
