— John W. Ingledue Jr., 31, Maple Street, Lisbon, was driving on Salem Grange Road in Salem Township at 7:50 a.m. Thursday when his Chevrolet Blazer slid on a patch of ice down a small embankment and rolled on its side. Neither Ingledue nor his passenger, Katilyn J. Willison, 23, of East Rochester, were injured. He was cited for failure to control.

— Hope Jackson-Ingram, 25, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, was driving south on state Route 11 in Madison Township at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday when she struck a steel plate in the roadway, causing her to go off the road and strike a sign. She was cited for driving without a valid operator’s license.

— Eric J. Owens, 30, Echo Dell Road, St. Clair Township, was cited for failure to control after he slid into a guardrail in his Cobalt while driving south on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 8:11 a.m. Tuesday. Owens said he hydroplaned in the rain.
