HIGHWAY PATROL
— Dennis N. Maloney, 64, Glendale, Ariz., was westbound on state Route 14 in Fairfield Township at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday and attempted to turn around in a private drive due to road closure and went off the right side and became struck in a lawn. He was cited for prohibitions against driving on closed roads.
— Jennifer Hiltbrand, 39, Waterford Road, East Palestine, was driving an East Palestine school bus westbound on state Route 154 in Middleton Township at 4:21 p.m. Monday and slowed to turn into a private drive and was struck by another westbound vehicle that continued on. No injuries were reported.
