— While westbound on U.S.Route 30 at 2:43 a.m. Friday, Victoria R. Hiscox, 27, Freeman Road, Lisbon, drove off the right side of the roadway, traveling down an embankment and coming to rest in a ditch. She was reportedly unsteady on her feet and smelled of alcohol and admitted consuming alcohol. A field sobriety test indicated impairment, according to reports, and she was charged with failure to control and OVI.
