LISBON –A 17-year-old Wellsville boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court for allegedly having multiple individual packages of marijuana, which he admitted to the Highway Patrol trooper on May 26 that he intended to sell it.

A 12-year-old Salem child was cited for allegedly assaulting Jodi Kelly, Joseph Gibson and Elizabeth Bettner on May 9, including punching, kicking, scratching and spitting on the three adults.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after allegedly grabbing her mother by the arm and hand while twisting it and scratching her mother’s face.

A 15-year-old Salem boy was cited for allegedly having a concealed pocket folding knife on May 17.

A 17-year-old Lisbon child was cited for allegedly punching someone in the face chipping their tooth on May 18.

A 17-year-old Beaver Local child was cited for allegedly punching another child in the head and then repeatedly kicking him while he was on the ground on May 14.

A 14-year-old Cleveland girl was cited for allegedly threatening to harm three family or household members on June 7.

A 16-year-old Southern Local girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after she reportedly left home on May 17 without telling her parents or guardians where she was going and took $700 in cash from the home of a 75-year-old Lisbon resident.

A 17-year-old Wellsville boy was cited after he allegedly entered an unoccupied trailer on Commerce Street in Wellsville, and stole boxes of bug bombs and fuses from inside on May 14.

A 15-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after she allegedly left home on June 7 and failed to return home or alert her parents or guardians to her whereabouts.

A 14-year-old Lisbon child was cited after allegedly shoplifting a Kit Kat and package of Oreo cookies from Smith Oil in Lisbon on May 14.

A 16-year-old Columbiana girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after she reportedly did not follow her court ordered home confinement on May 21, May 23, May 29, June 5 and June 6. On three of those dates she knew she was to meet with her probation officer and yet she was not home and her parents did not know where she was.

A 15-year-old Salem boy was cited after allegedly throwing a table at his stepfather; throwing punches at his stepfather and engaging in a struggle with him which led to them going to the ground and the stepfather receiving a cut to his forehead on June 3.

A 14-year-old Salem boy was cited for allegedly refusing loudly to go into the principal’s office, pulling away from the deputy, resisting the deputy’s efforts to escort him to the principal’s office and he was eventually taken to the floor by the deputy on May 8.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool student was cited for allegedly being truant from the high school 175 hours between September and March.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool student was cited for allegedly being truant from the high school 126 hours between September and May.

Another 17-year-old East Liverpool student was cited for allegedly being truant from the high school 126 hours between September and May.

A 15-year-old East Liverpool student was cited for allegedly being truant from the high school 126 hours between September and May.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool student was cited for allegedly being truant from the high school 112 hours between October and May.

A 14-year-old Wellsville student was cited for allegedly being truant from high school 112.5 hours between September and May.

Another 14-year-old Wellsville student was cited for allegedly being truant from high school 175 hours between September and May.

A 15-year-old Wellsville student was cited for allegedly being truant from high school 93.75 hours between September and May.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation for allegedly missing 22 days of school and receiving two external school suspension since his last review hearing on Feb. 5.
