LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a June 28 preliminary hearing was set for Albert L. Bell, 27, Akron, charged with receiving stolen property and breaking and entering. Bell allegedly forced entrance into the Value Motors car dealership on West State Street in Salem on Dec. 28. He had driven to the dealership in a vehicle which was stolen from somewhere else in Columbiana County.

Contessa P. Johns, 55, Alliance-Sebring Road, Alliance, was sentenced to 18 days in jail, fined $1,455, had her license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under OVI suspension, speeding, a seat belt violation and drug paraphernalia for a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue.

Alexis Lindsley, 26, Youngstown, was fined $875, had her license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to reinstate and failure to control.

A July 17 pretrial was set for Howard A. Yonkovich, 65, Quay Road, Negley, cited with OVI first offense, marked lanes and a seat belt violation.

A July 24 pretrial was set for Taylor E. Kuhley, 23, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.

An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Garry M. Grandy, 43, Fernwood Boulevard, Alliance, cited with OVI first offense, seat belt violation and left of center.

Charles E. Weyand, 42, East Sixth Street, Salem, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $200 for prohibited parking of a boat in the front yard for more than 48 hours and noxious odors for refusing to clean up nearly 15 bags of garbage next to his side porch and behind the house. Both citations were for Weyand’s previous address on state Route 154 in Lisbon.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Phillip R. Cline, 44, West Wilson Avenue, Salem, charged with endangering children for allegedly having a 3-year-old in the back seat on Friday when he crashed in Salem at the intersection of East State Street and Union Avenue.

Kimberly M. Jackson, 33, Darlington Road, Negley, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching her sister Amanda Lodge in the face and slamming her head off the floor on Feb. 9.

Michael J. Schneider, 22, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, required 60 hours community service and credited with four days in jail for obstructing official business for giving Columbiana police false identification information following a traffic stop to avoid arrest on a warrant on Feb. 2.

Tiffany J. Keyes, 24, Main Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 and had her license suspended for 180 days possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia for rolling papers.

Den D. Fairchild, 47, Malone Road, Salineville, was fined $180 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

A June 26 pretrial was set for Dewey J. Souers, 29, Maple Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

A July 9 pretrial was set for Michael A. Welther, 52, Unity Road, New Springfield, cited with driving under suspension.

Alyssa M. O’Connor, 20, Akron, was fined $180 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and following too close.

Eric L. Elliott, 38, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $200 for two counts of drug paraphernalia for glass pipes containing marijuana residue on April 19.

John A. Vojnovich Jr., 29, 16 School Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia.

Delyon L. Robertson, 21, Akron, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia for a plastic grinder containing a green leafy substance.

Luke W. Brodzinski, 31, Coldale Street, Minerva, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

A July 24 pretrial was set for Angelina M. Pecchia, 24, Hubbard, cited with possession of marijuana.

Ashleigh Rae Perry, 35, Fantale Street, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and speeding.

An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Daniel Wiechowski, 20, Newton Falls, cited with reckless operation.

An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Terry Knight, 66, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license and speeding.

Joseph Alan Pedro, 52, Maplewood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from following too closely.

Jared M. Coil, 30, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $100 for open container.

Audrey E. Kasten, 85, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for an equipment violation amended from driving through a safety zone.
