2 men picked up on secret indictments

LISBON — Raymel M. Harris, 27, Cleveland, was served a secret indictment for charges having weapons while under disability, possession of drugs and possession of a defaced firearm. Harris is alleged to have had a .45-caliber Hi-Point model JH semi-automatic pistol with the serial numbers ground off, as well as cocaine on Dec. 8, 2016.

Jason A. Hayden, 49, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with failure to notify the sheriff of a change of address on May 2. Hayden is required to register after he was reportedly found guilty of possession of child pornography by a general court martial at Fort Bragg, N.C.

The indictments were issued by the grand jury in June.
