The job was completed, and the customer was not satisfied and wanted money taken off the price, according to Delgarza, who told deputies he advised the subcontractor that discount was coming from the bonus he had received for finishing the job in a timely manner. Delgarza said he is concerned that the subcontractor will show up at his home and cause problems. He was advised to call if the man shows up and causes problems.

He said his mother was going to come pick him up, but several phone calls were placed to her with no response. Deputies spoke with Gramdoski’s father in Cleveland, and he told them his son should not be signed out and needs to stay at the facility, but he was advised neither deputies or officials of the facility can make him stay. His father said he would call Gramdomski’s mother, and deputies agreed to transport him to the 7&14 truck stop in Columbiana to wait for his ride.
