EP man admits violating community control

LISBON — In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Joseph M. Parker, 34, East Martin Street, East Palestine, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for four counts of possession of drugs he pleaded guilty to in January 2015. His violations are strictly financial and his community control is now terminated. The drug charges were from 2014 and were for having heroin, cocaine, diazepam and lorazepam.

Ricky E. Cochran, 60, Logtown Road, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was placed on three years community control. Cochran had cocaine on April 11, 2017.
