Austintown man pleads guilty to burglary

LISBON — Kyle J. Lykens, 19, Austintown, pleaded guilty to burglary, a third degree felony, in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. On Sept. 19, 2017, Lykens broke into the home of Chad Bickel, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, and firearms were stolen. He is facing up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 14.

Charles R. Rowley, 40, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for a non-support of dependents charge. The community control was dishonorably terminated. Rowley failed to pay substantial amounts of support between May 2005 and September 2009.

Randy J. Callehan, 28, West Main Street, Salineville, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control on a breaking and entering conviction stemming from entering the Salineville American Legion on March 19, 2013 in order to commit a theft offense.

Glenn E. Earich Jr., 64, Benton Road, Salem, was placed on five year community control after pleading guilty to failure to notify the sheriff of a change of address. With a gross sexual imposition conviction from 2016, Earich is required to send notice of where he intends to live, but failed to do so in November 2017.
