MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Norman K. Phillipi Jr., 51, North Egypt Road, Salem, was fined $100, sentenced three days jail with credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 25 hours community service for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Erika L. Scott, 36, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for lighted lights required.

Alan M. Felger, 59, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, was fined $180, placed on one year probation and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and seat belt.

Angela K. Miller, 51, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $100, placed on two years probation and required 50 hours community service for discarding litter. A criminal trespass charge was dismissed.

Alexandria Brooke Overholser, 27, Beloit, was fined $400, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and had her driver’s license suspended one year for OVI first offense and tail lights.

Jordan A. Sloan, 22, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Misty L. Tice, 35, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, aggravated menacing charge dismissed.

Samantha Renee Van Scyoc, 21, Pass Lane, Lisbon, was fined $1,055, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and had her driver’s license suspended one year for OVI first offense, failure to control and drug paraphernalia.

Richard E. Chludzinski, 44, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Paul D. Walker, 42, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Zachary Petty, 21, 18th Street, Wellsville, was fined $50, sentenced 18 days jail, and was placed on one year probation for persistent disorderly conduct.

David Diaz Solivan, 29, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $1,200, sentenced 30 days jail, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended two years for OVI, marked lanes and possession of marijuana.

Carlos Barrera Tomas, 24, Sebring, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Matthew David Albaugh, 36, Tampa. Fla., charged with OVI firsts offense and speeding.

A Dec. 6 review hearing was set for David Diaz Solivan, 29, Fair Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI second offense and marked lanes.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Randy P. Witherow, 51, Haiti Road, Salineville, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and possession of marijuana.

A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for David Wayne Belt, 34, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for James C. Mellott, 33, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals.

Dec. 6 pretrials were set for Rusty Allen Hargreaves, 59, Wood Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, open container and menacing.

A Jan .3 pretrial was set for Samuel D. Farmer, 49, Gamble Road, Lisbon, charged with assault.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Kayla M. Naylor, 23, McCann Road, Kensington, charged with traffic control devices.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Many Bowyer, 29, East Main Street, New Waterford, charged with falsification.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Linda Haefke, 57, South Main Street, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension/restriction and traffic control devices.

A Dec. 13 restitution hearing was set for Rusty Altman, 45, County Home Road, Lisbon, charged with first-degree misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching another county jail inmate repeatedly in the face on Sept. 26.
