EL woman gets 18-month sentence for trafficking

LISBON — Tiffany Ulbrich, 32, East Fifth Street, East Liverpool, one of the Operation Big Oak indictment defendants, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to 18 months in prison for trafficking in cocaine, aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in heroin.

Zachary K. Humphreys, 25, Sunnyside Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to nine months in prison for possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. On April 2, 2016, Humphreys had crack cocaine and tried to hide it from investigators by placing it in his mouth.

Gabe Rocchio, 37, New Cumberland, W.Va., another Operation Big Oak indictment defendant, pleaded guilty to 20 counts and was placed on four years community control. Rocchio was charged with 11 counts of aggravated possession of drugs (fentanyl) and nine counts of possession of cocaine, with all the counts fifth-degree felonies.

Another Operation Big Oak defendant, Diane Callehan, 25, West Main Street, Salineville, was placed on a four-year intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan for aggravated trafficking in drugs (fentanyl) and two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Kathryn L. Fisher, 36, Washington Avenue, Salem, stipulated to violating her community control from a 2013 conviction for two counts of illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises and one count of having weapons while intoxicated. Her probation was terminated.

Gary A. Anderson, 32, Girard, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control from a 2016 theft conviction, but will remain on community control with a condition he make $50 per month payments to the probation department.

Emma G. Williams, 23, Akron, stipulated to violations of her intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan, was credited with 25 days in jail and will remain on intervention. Williams had been placed on intervention treatment plan in March for possession of heroin and possession of furanyl fentanyl.
