— Police responded to the 1800 block of East State Street at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday for a report of two males in the parking lot stopping at multiple vehicles. There was nothing illegal.
— Police responded to the 600 block of East Sixth Street where the complainant advised a known male took the cable box from the residence, and when contacted the male denied it.
— Police responded to the 100 block of Woodland Avenue at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday, to deliver a message for a county agency.
— At 9:53 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 1100 block of Prospect Street to assist Perry Township police with a suicidal male subject whom Perry Township had taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.
— A complainant was on station at 10:17 a.m Wednesday advising his ex-girlfriend said she would file a report that he stole her vehicle. He was advised of the options.
— At 11:02 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 400 block of Reilly Avenue where the complainant had trouble getting her son to go to school. He was defiant and made a comments on the way to school about causing possible harm to himself and he was transported to the hospital.
— Police responded to East Sixth Street at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday where a female complainant advised of an ongoing civil matter with a male subject and wanted information about obtaining a protection order and was advised to contact the court.
— Police responded to the 400 block of South Madison Avenue at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday for a low-hanging wire and street workers were marking it with caution tape. The line was still connected to the residence.
— At 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 400 block of South Lundy Avenue where a woman was loud and offensive in the store and yelled at the complainant, calling her vulgar names. An officer spoke with her and advised her she was not permitted back in the store.
— At 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 600 block of Cherry Street regarding a female juvenile who advised an adult male sent her inappropriate pictures on Facebook. Police collected information and the juvenile’s guardian was advised. The incident is under investigation.
— Police responded to the 700 block of East Fifth Street at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday searching for a woman wanted in Belmont County for obstructing official business. There was no answer at the door.
— At 10:43 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 900 block of West Wilson Street where a man passed out in a vehicle and was showing signs of an overdose. He was given Narcan before being transported to the hospital and a syringe was found next to where he was seated.
— At 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 600 block of Continental Drive for a 911 hang up and learned it was accidental.
— At 3:11 a.m. Wednesday, police made a traffic stop in the 300 block of East State Street and Ronald L. Wilson, 842 W. Pershing St., was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and transferred to a deputy sheriff.
— Police responded to the 100 block of High Street at 1:17 p.m. Thursday in reference to a patient who was transported the hospital for evaluation.
— At 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 400 block of Honey Lane regarding a dog that had reportedly been outside all day without food or water. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the dog.
— Someone turned in a wallet to police that was found at the laundromat on South Main Street at 12:07 a.m. Thursday.
