The new items include the appropriation of $46,000 from an account to pay off the parks department building loan and discussion to change the capital fund percentage. Agenda items already announced include the transfer of $200,000 from the general fund carryover to the capital fund for additional paving and the appropriation of those funds within the capital fund for paving and engineering, the appropriation from several police funds and the capital fund of $55,000 to upgrade police department radios, a change in the non-bargaining fringe benefit ordinance regarding vacation time and discussing the annual resolution to accept a donation of $20,000 from the Columbiana County Commissioners to defray costs associated with the full-time officer assigned to the county Drug Task Force. City council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. today. Both meetings will be held in council chambers at city hall.
