HIGHWAY PATROL

–Kenneth Haught, 50, of Wellsville, slid off the road and struck a guardrail while driving on state Route 45 in Yellow Creek Township at 7 p.m. Saturday.

–Willis F. Howard, 61, of Wellsville was cited for failure to control after he went off the road and struck a tree while driving on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 8:11 a.m. Sunday.

–Patrick J. Hughes, 39, of Damascus was cited for failure to stop an assured cleared distance after he struck the vehicle in front of him, which was being driven by Stephanie A. Derry, 43, of Salem. The accident occurred on U.S. Route 62 in Butler Township at 7:35 a.m. Monday, and resulted in Derry’s vehicle went off the road and struck a mail box.

–Zachary Whitehead, 32, of Hanoverton, was cited for failure to control after he drove through the intersection at Bethesda and Fink roads in Franklin Township and struck a gas line and fence at 6:33 p.m. Saturday.
