A 16-year-old Beaver Local student was cited for allegedly punching a 14-year-old several times on Dec. 21.

A 15-year-old was cited with allegedly being truant from East Liverpool schools for 196 hours this school year between Oct. 1 and Jan. 7.

A 16-year-old East Palestine area girl was cited after allegedly testing .035 indicating alcohol in her system when she took a portable breath test on Dec. 28.

A 16-year-old Wellsville area girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after allegedly leaving the Mahoning County High School without permission on Jan. 7 and failing to return to her placement at The Redemption House.

Two 16-year-old Cleveland area children, a 13-year-old Miamisburg School District child, A 15-year-old Akron area child and a 16-year-old Mount Vernon School District child were cited on Dec. 26 after allegedly taking a 2010 Ford vehicle owned by Janelle Dolence on Salem.

A 14-year-old boy from the Blackhawk School District was cited with allegedly hitting his sister’s head off the bed on Dec. 24, causing her to become disoriented and having pain to the back of her head. Paramedics were called.

A 14-year-old United School District boy was cited after he allegedly left home on Dec. 21 and failed to return or contact his mother as of Dec. 24.

A 13-year-old Wellsville area child was cited after allegedly punching another 13-year-old in the mouth, knocking out two front teeth on Dec. 10.

A 14-year-old East Palestine girl was cited on Dec. 18 after allegedly kicking her mother in the stomach.

A 17-year-old girl from an unknown school district was cited with being unruly on Dec. 18 after reportedly leaving home in Leetonia and failing to return home or tell her parents or custodians her whereabouts.

A 15-year-old Wellsville child was cited after allegedly taking a bicycle belonging to another child on Oct. 11.

A 12-year-old Wellsville boy was cited on Nov. 8 after allegedly telling students in his gym class he would shoot them for telling him what to do, confirmed he understood the consequences of his actions, meant what he said and said he was not afraid to shoot anyone.

A 14-year-old East Palestine girl was cited after refusing to go to school, being aggressive at home and leaving without permission on Dec. 10, returning the next morning.

A 13-year-old student was cited after allegedly being truant from the Leetonia High School for 227.5 hours between Aug. 27 and Dec. 4.

A 15-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly punching his father in the head several times, pointing a steak knife at his father’s chest, tearing up the house, and throwing furniture while yelling profanities on Dec. 8.

A 16-year-old Beaver Local boy was cited after allegedly elbowing someone in the mouth, causing her lip to bleed on Dec. 10, as well as punching his sister in the forehead, causing redness and swelling to occur.

A 17-year-old Beaver Local boy was cited after allegedly violating the terms of his probation by testing positive for marijuana twice in November and December; being removed from his GED program for lack of attendance; and refusing to comply with the drug and alcohol treatment ordered by the court on Sept. 14.

A 15-year-old Crestview girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after she allegedly struck her mother with a phone on her left forearm, scratched her mother’s wrist and shoved her mother while she was attempting to shut off the Wi-Fi on Nov. 8.

A 15-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after allegedly grabbing someone else by the hair, punching the person repeatedly in the head on Oct. 30.

A 16-year-old Salem High School student was cited after allegedly missing 118.75 hours of school starting Aug. 29 and continuing through Oct. 15.

A 16-year-old Salem High School student was cited after allegedly being truant from school 331.25 hours starting Aug. 23 and continuing through Nov. 28.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after allegedly grabbing another person by the head and punching that person in the head on Oct. 30. She was also cited on Nov. 29 with violating the terms of her probation for allegedly testing positive for THC and admitting she had been associating with someone who she was ordered not to have contact with.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after allegedly grabbing another girl by the hair, kicking and punching the other girl repeatedly in the head on Oct. 30.

A 15-year-old Salem boy was cited on Nov. 30 after allegedly leaving home and failing to tell his parents or guardians of his whereabouts.

A 13-year-old East Palestine girl was cited after allegedly slapping her mother in the face three times and using profanities about her mother while talking to police officers the entire time they were at her home on Nov. 28.

A 17-year-old Southern Local School District girl was cited after allegedly using a debit card belonging to another person and refusing to subject herself to the reasonable control of her parents or guardians on Nov. 24.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with violating the terms of probation by leaving home and not returning or attending school on Nov. 27.

A 14-year-old Lisbon boy was cited after allegedly leaving home in the middle of the night on Nov. 19 and failed to return to the Opportunity School in the morning or tell anyone of his whereabouts.

A 14-year-old Wellsville boy was cited after allegedly spitting out his Trazodone prescription three times and saving the pills with the intent to sell them in August. One of the pills was reportedly sold while on school property.
