An 11-year-old Lisbon area child was cited after allegedly throwing milk onto the floor, knocking over desks and kicking a staff member of the school attempting to stop him from rolling around the room in the teacher’s chair on Oct. 22.

A 15-year-old Cleveland area child was cited with allegedly hitting another child on Oct. 27 in Salem.

A 16-year-old Southern Local child was cited after allegedly breaking into the home of Earnest Norton, Walnut Ridge Road, Salineville on Oct. 20, taking two rings and a wrist chain.

A 10-year-old McKinley Elementary student was cited after allegedly using inappropriate language, grabbing and twisting another student’s arm and engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior in September and October.

A 16-year-old Beaver Local boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proper respect to his parents by using vulgar language and refusing to follow house rules, stealing $60 and a pack of cigarettes from Anita Lovett and threatening to kill Lovett and her children if he was not allowed to go to camp in the fall.

A 13-year-old Salem child was cited after allegedly placing someone in a choke hold, causing her to black out and left her with her neck hurting on Sept. 5.

A 16-year-old Leetonia boy was cited after becoming so angry with his grandmother on Sept. 1, he pushed her in the chest and knocked her out of the way as he was leaving home.

A 13-year-old Salem boy was cited after allegedly punching his sister on Aug. 29, as well as yelling, screaming and spitting on his mother.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited with violating the terms of probation by allegedly being disrespectful to his custodian, stealing a tablet and several Nintendo systems from other children in the home and changing the password on the router in order to access pornography during the summer.
