MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Timothy R. Smith, 29, East Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $1,100, sentenced to seven days in jail, had his license suspended for two years, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension, slow moving vehicle and OVI first offense amended from OVI second offense.

David J. Foreman, 39, Garfield Road, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Christopher E. Ingram, 36, Newell, W.Va., waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to the Hancock County, where he reportedly has been charged with attempted house burglary. Ingram was fined $360 for driving under suspension, a seat belt violation and two counts of speeding.

Kenneth W. Hogue Jr., 53, U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $400, had his license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI second offense.

Shauntrice Kysale Carter, 25, Moore Street, East Liverpool, was fined $475 and required 30 hours community service for furnishing false information, tail lights violation, speeding and reckless operation second offense amended from OVI.

Justin A. Cosma, 45, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $250 and had his license suspended for 180 days for driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

James E. Artrup Jr., 30, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Richard G. Hawthorne, 63, Park Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 for two counts of driving under suspension.

A March 19 pretrial was set for Stephanie Taylor, 43, Erie Street, East Liverpool, cited with permitting an unlicensed driver to drive.

A March 19 pretrial was set for John Taylor, 40, Erie Street, East Liverpool, cited with no license and left of center.
