Wellsville man charged with drug possession
LISBON — Ryan A. McCauley, 38, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drugs. On April 8, 2017, he allegedly had cocaine and buprenorphine. McCauley’s indictment was issued by the Common Pleas Court grand jury in December. The following were indicted by the grand jury in January:
Tara Glista, 33, Home Circle, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of drugs and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamine, amphetamine and buprenorphine on June 5.
Scott D. Kaltenbach Jr., 42, North Market Street, East Palestine, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamine on Sept. 27.
Jason W. Brown, 50, Cunningham Road, Salem, is charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana and having weapons while under a disability. Brown reportedly was convicted of sexual battery in October of 2004, but allegedly had a firearm and was cultivating marijuana on Feb. 17.
Nicole R. Thompson, 42, Sherman Street, Lisbon, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having amphetamines on Dec. 12, 2017.
Michael W. Hoffaker, 49, Stewart Road, Salem, is charged with gross sexual imposition. On July 17 he allegedly had sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years old.
