Salem man gets 9-month sentence for sex with girl, 14
LISBON — Nathaniel W. Black, 19, East State Street, Salem, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to nine months in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for having sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl in March and April of 2018, when he knew how old she was.
Charles W. Rhoads IV, 24, state Route 45, Salem, was sentenced to three years community control for failure to verify a residence address. Convicted in 2015 of two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, Rhoads is required to verify his address with the county sheriff’s office, which he failed to do on June 9, 2018.
Sheridan S. Taylor, 27, formerly of Madison Avenue, Salineville, was found to have violated his community control for a second time. He had been placed on four years community control after a tampering with evidence conviction. His community control has now been dishonorably terminated. Taylor was sentenced on Feb. 15 to 12 months in prison.
David G. Wright, 24, Norton Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of drugs and requested immediate sentencing. He was placed on three years community control. Wright had heroin, fentanyl and cocaine on June 7, 2018.
