SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— A possible overdose was reported on Peace Valley Road, Unity Township, at 5:08 p.m. Sunday. The person was transported to the hospital for treatment.

— An alarm was reported at a home on Walnut Ridge Road, Washington Township, at 12:33 p.m. Sunday. Deputies met with family members, who had accidentally tripped the alarm.

— A possible domestic dispute was reported at the home of Merci Hollis Waller, state Route 45, Salem Township. Deputies found Waller had a bruise on her cheek and Charles Rhoades IV, 24, was charged with domestic violence.

— A possible dispute was reported at a home on Meadow Wood Drive, Butler Township, at 8:54 p.m. Friday. Deputies found the person who lived at the home is currently on probation. Employees of the facility were told to contact the probation officer regarding the incident.

— A domestic violence incident was reported on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 1:40 a.m. Sunday between Justin P. Mullins and Samantha N. McKinney. Both signed a refusal to prosecute.

— Deputies were asked to check on someone at a home on state Route 644, Franklin Township, at 5:48 p.m. Saturday. Deputies met with the landlord for the home and explained the eviction process.

— Deputies were sent to investigate a suspicious vehicle on state Route 9, Hanover Township, at 7:45 p.m. Friday. Deputies found the vehicle was having mechanical problems and a tow truck was called to help get the vehicle out of the roadway.

— A possible civil dispute was reported on McCormick Run Road, Madison Township, at 5:27 p.m. Friday. Deputies told one person there not to return to the property or he would be charged with criminal trespassing.

— Deputies responded to a Church Hill Road, Elkton Township, home at 4:53 a.m. Sunday for a deceased person. KLG EMS was on the scene.

— A domestic dispute was reported at 2:47 a.m. Sunday at a home on Pritchard Avenue. Charles D. Reed, 42, was taken into custody, charged with domestic violence, endangering children, assault and criminal damaging. Reed was taken to the county jail.

— A custody dispute was reported at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday. Brianna Beaudoin wanted to sign over custody of her child to Anna Kaercher. Beaudoin said her daughter is currently living with Tara Halverstadt in Rogers. Deputies called Halverstadt, who said Beaudoin does not have the right to assign custody to Kaercher because Halverstadt had her attorney file an emergency ex parte custody order through juvenile court. It was confirmed that order is in effect and signed by the judge.
