Weirton man charged with drug possession
LISBON — James T. Noel, 40, Weirton, W.Va., was served a secret indictment for two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. On June 3, 2017, Noel was accused of having heroin, methamphetamines and $1,835 used or intended for use in a drug-related offense. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March 2018.
