MUNICIPAL COURT

LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Joshualee B. Hackney, 38, state Route 39, Salineville, was fined $350, credited with 13 days in jail, sentenced to an additional 77 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault and criminal damaging. On Feb. 26, Hackney knocked Otto Potts out of his wheelchair and threatened to kill him. Additionally, he broke collectible plates belonged to the grandfather of Potts.

Andrew J. Smith, 22, state Route 517, was fined $150 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from assault. A second charge of assault was dismissed. Both Andrew Smith and Anthony Smith were ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,151 to Bryant Weston and $565 to Scott Holloway. Andrew Smith harmed Holloway by striking him in the back of the head several times and struck Nestor during a fight.

Anthony J. Smith, 22, Camp Boulevard, Hanoverton, was fined $300 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct amended from assault. The charge was for kicking Nestor in the face and ribs after he was escorted out of Shenanigans on Monday.

Stacy Lynn Tomor, 44, Highland Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $900, had her license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense and a turn signal violation.

Edward T. Arkwright Jr., 49, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.

A May 21 pretrial was set for Logan M. Snay, 19, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and failure to yield the right of way. Snay was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from underage consumption.

Sharon Roberts, 55, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $330 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, a turn signal violation and obstructing official business for giving a Lisbon patrolman a false last name and claiming she did not have any identification with her, but her Social Security card and driver’s license were eventually found in the glove box.

James L. Wilson, 52, East Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, credited with 22 days in jail and sentenced to an additional 68 days for violating a temporary protection order. Lynda Channels, who has a protection order against Wilson, found him on her couch when she got home on Feb. 17 and locked herself in the restroom until police arrived.

Jason R. Wofter, 37, Moon Township, Pa., was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Melissa L. Mills, 35, Jackson Avenue, Salem, was fined $50, credited with seven days in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for $15 taken from Wayne Minor’s wallet on Nov. 13, 2016.

Brittany M. Heffner, 29, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for attempted criminal simulation for giving store clerk, Carrie Best, a counterfeit $20 while attempting to purchase items at the Rogers Food and Fuel on Sept. 28.

Bill C. Weyand, 29, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $200 for two counts of driving under suspension.

Benjamin Herda, 38, Summit Drive, Salineville, was fined $200 for failure to stop for a stopped school bus.

A May 7 pretrial was set for James H. Alter, 76, East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.

Kristi R. McGarry, 24, Marshallville, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for falsification for telling police she was Kelli Nicole McGarry, her sister, when she was pulled over on Dec. 19.

Scott A. Drudy, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $250 and ordered to make $65 in restitution to the clerk of courts for passing bad checks.

Jerry Shafer, 55, Hanselman Road, Homeworth, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Jessica Carol Ann Davis, 24, Endley Road, Lisbon, was fined $225 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and a brake light violation.

A May 2 pretrial was set for David R. Crowe III, 34, Saltwell Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

Kirk Zamborsky, 49, Cannon Mills Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for two counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
