LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Barbara J. Scheetz, 42, Carrollton, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 13 days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for theft for taking five money orders totaling $340 and an HP laptop belonging to Jessica Hart, as well as a DeWalt Grinder, an Apple iPod, a Black and Decker reciprocating saw, a Kindle Fire and a Craftsman wrench set in a tool box belonging to Michael Robb from a Leake Street, East Palestine home in December 2017. A restitution hearing was set for May 23.

Cambra Irene Kauffman, 19, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was credited with six days served, sentenced to 24 additional days in jail, fined $450 and required 50 hours community service for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and assault. The assault charge was for striking Bobby Hill in the face several times and headbutting him in the face on March 19 and the disorderly conduct charge was for fighting with another woman on June 9. On July 26, Kauffman did not give police the keys of a vehicle belonging to Michael Guappone, but was found to have the keys on July 27 when she was driving the vehicle without his permission.

Tyler James Sadler, 19, homeless, pleaded guilty to criminal damaging for cutting the tires of Michael Haroff and Trent Yenges on Saturday. A sentencing hearing was set for Sadler on Thursday. A May 16 pretrial was set for Sadler’s co-defendant, Cody J. Davis, 19, Riffle Road, Rogers, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly also being involved in cutting the tires.

Anthony M. Hostetter, 26, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for urinating in a parking lot near the Salem Taco Bell on April 7.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Tyler C. Brooks, 24, Vine Street, Salem, who is cited with open container in a vehicle.

David W. Stratton Jr., 36, West Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for failure to display a valid sticker and marijuana paraphernalia for a pill bottle containing marijuana shake on Feb. 3.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Amber M. Palmer, 30, Richmond, cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a glass pipe and two metal pipes on April 9.

A May 16 pretrial was set for Jarell A. Washington, 30, Youngstown, cited with driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Samantha L. Crawford, 32, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate a license.

Randy W. Hooper, 34, Salineville road, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Melissa S. McAfee, 20, Sherrodsville, was fined $150 for speeding.
