LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Lonnie A. Wilson, 30, Alliance, was fined $150, given credit for 10 days served, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alex K. Penatzer, 20, Ellwood City, Pa., was fined $30 for speeding.
Courtney Lane Martin, 21, Salem, was fined $100 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Joseph D. Ranney, 57, Salem, was fined $150 for no motorcycle endorsement.
Ganish Singh Tulshi, 37, Salem, was fined $150 for expired license.
