Cleveland man charged with drug possession
LISBON — Lavelle J. Ross Jr., 30, Cleveland, was served a secret indictment for charges of possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs. Ross allegedly had heroin and fentanyl on May 23, 2018. The indictment was issued by the Common Pleas Court grand jury in May.
