Jail inmate gets 9 months for trafficking

LISBON — Kelly A. Davis, one of the Operation Big Oak defendants, was found to have violated her community control and was sentenced to nine months in prison for aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in cocaine.

Davis, 32, currently has her address listed as the county jail and she was credited with 62 days served toward the prison sentence.

Courtney L. Troyer, 27, Vine Street, Salem, pleaded guilty aggravated possession of drugs. Sentencing is set for Aug. 19, when Troyer faces up to a year in prison. On June 19, 2018, Troyer had methamphetamines.

Rickierra N. Fisher, 23, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence. Fisher took marijuana out of her pants and hid it in her mouth on June 6, 2018. She was placed on a four-year intervention in lieu of conviction program.
