— Dominica Keller, 21, Wellsville, was southbound on state Route 11 in Madison Township at 7:17 p.m. Thursday and lost control on the wet road and struck the guardrail. She was cited for failure to control.
— An unknown vehicle was northbound on Brookdale Avenue at 6:50 p.m. June 15 and went left of center off the left side into a mailbox, ditch, and a culvert and continued on.
