LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a July 25 pretrial was set for Andrew J. Shafer, 40, Shadylane, Lisbon, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension, one way traffic and a turn signal violation.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Courtney Lane Martin, 21, Mullins Street, Salem, charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having six lorazepam pills on May 21.
Robert G. Hahlen, 67, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Nathaniel Brian Blair, 31, North Canton, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.
An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Emily Estelle Elizabeth Andrews, 24, Louisville, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A July 22 pretrial was set for Sue C. Ellsworth, 73, Glamorgan Street, Alliance, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.
Deryl Allen Greathouse, 61, Saltwell Road, Lisbon, was fined $500 for public intoxication, two counts of disturbing the peace and two counts of open container.
An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Scott A. Bryant, 40, Oak Street, Alliance, charged with assault for allegedly pushing Harley Ann Townsend up against a vehicle on Sunday.
Eric W. Uphold, 48, Goshen Road, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $150 for theft. Uphold took a bag containing ketchup, mayonnaise and maseca, a type of flour, from the ledge near the exit door of the Salem Sparkle on May 11.
Emleigh L. Crooms, 20, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $350 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Megan A. Detchon, 30, Waddell Street, Leetonia, was fined $250, credited with four days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for obstructing official business for telling Leetonia police Chief Allen Haueter she would get her father to go speak to police, but never giving him the message.
Damian Storm Ouellette, 26, Youngstown, was fined $230 for driving under suspension and a turn signal violation.
Tyler James McCaslin, 31, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for possession of a drug abuse instrument for a needle on Wednesday.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Justin M. Fano, 27, Albert Horning Avenue NE, Alliance, charged with prohibition against violations of the board. Fano allegedly owns a Grant Street, Lisbon, property where there is solid waste and containers holding water and tires, creating a public health nuisance.
Cierra Lynn Whaley, 27, Madison Avenue, Salineville, was fined $150 for permitting trash to accumulate. The fine will be suspended provided it is cleaned up in 45 days.
Bryce A. Dodson, 24, Gig Harbor, Wash., was fined $100 for soliciting without a permit and obstructing official business for continuing to solicit in the village of Leetonia without a permit on July 9, when he was told to cease.
An Aug. 25 pretrial was set for Brianna L. Beaudoin, 34, last known address Vale Road, Rogers, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly being extremely intoxicated and standing in front of a home on Bacon Avenue in East Palestine holding a beer on Thursday.
A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Robert L. Coleman Jr., Maple Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.
Sharon H. Call, 55, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $350, credited with seven days in jail and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and receiving stolen property for having a large duffel bag of property belonging to Camillia Kerbow on June 12.
An Aug. 22 pretrial was set for Jason Kelly Thompson Jr., 20, Palissey Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension and drug paraphernalia.
Justin Smith, 35, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $50 for open container.
Brad W. Cutchall, 48, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for menacing for threatening to harm or kill his elderly mother by stabbing her on July 3.
An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Jarrod J. Sturgeon, 27, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business and criminal damaging. An Aug. 19 pretrial also was set for Angela Sturgeon, 33, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business. On Sunday in the intersection of North Ellsworth Avenue and Fourth Street, Salem, police were investigating a report of a man and woman damaging an electric box and the Sturgeons reportedly gave false information.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Brittany Marie Hayden, 21, East Calla Road, New Middletown, cited with driving under suspension.
Seth A. Little, 19, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for wrongful entrustment.
A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Cody L. McKinney, 29, Warren, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his wife, Sarah McKinney numerous times in the face on May 3.
