Caroline A. Shultz
LEETONIA – Caroline A. Shultz, 90, of Oak Street, died at 3:45 p.m. Sunday at her home.
Born Jan. 22, 1922, in Leetonia, she was the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Fiucci) DiPanfilo.
Mrs. Shultz was employed at the former A&P Store in Leetonia and also worked for Franklin Furniture in Columbiana. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Leetonia.
Her husband, Herbert A. Shultz, whom she married June 28, 1941, died Feb. 3, 2002.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Jones of Leetonia; a son, Dr. Herb Shultz of Salem; a sister, Mary (James) Altomare of San Diego, Calif.; two brothers, Daniel (Alice) DiPanfilo of Leetonia and Joseph DiPanfilo of Columbiana; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
No calling hours are being observed.
