Matthew Phillip McIntosh

LISBON – Matthew Phillip McIntosh, 29, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.

Matthew was born March 8, 1983 in Lansing, MI, a son of Phillip and Brenda Thompson McIntosh and had lived in this area most of his life.

He attended Columbiana High School and was a 2001 graduate of East Liverpool Christian Academy. He was a member of Hope Christian Fellowship in Lisbon.

Besides his parents of Salem, he is survived by three daughters, Emma, Gracie and Kahlynn; two sisters, Rebekah and Sarah McIntosh; six brothers, Jonah, Moses (Angela), Joshua, Jonathan, Noah and Isaac McIntosh, all of Salem; maternal grandparents, Bonnie and Doug Channels of Salem; paternal grandparents, Margie and William McIntosh of Columbiana; his aunt, Laura (Ed) Gilbert of Leetonia; his uncles Mark McIntosh and Tom McIntosh both of Cape Coral, FL; and his companion, Courtney Donnalley.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with his father, Pastor Phillip McIntosh officiating. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
