Dorothy Mae (Roessler) McCoy

EAST PALESTINE – Dorothy Mae “Dot” (Roessler) McCoy, 80, of East Clark Street, died early Sunday morning at her residence.

She was born on May 7, 1933, a daughter of the late Lelland and Bertha Roessler of Leetonia.

Prior to her marriage she was employed at Salem Community Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, William F. “Bill” McCoy; a son, William (Mike) McCoy of Virginia; three daughters, Debra (McCoy) Malcolm of Youngstown, Diane (McCoy) Earnest of East Palestine, Lori (McCoy) Dukats of North Carolina; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary (Roessler) Pegg of Leetonia and Bert (Roessler) Baker of Florida; and a brother, John Roessler of Columbiana.

No calling hours will be observed.

There will be a private service at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
